No cancellation or modification can be made after order confirmation.
Under circumstances that cancellation is allowed, a 20% processing fee will be charged.
In the event of order cancellation due to unavailability of stocks or a delayed delivery beyond the promised shipment, full refund will be made.

We will gladly replace any faulty, damaged or wrong item delivered. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
